After seeing the work in action and hearing stories of hope and healing, Ben returned to the States to see how closely programs aligned with his work as a US Airforce Chaplain. Tim Manson has been working with Tutapona for five years. Initially starting as a volunteer out of the Nakivale field office, he now works as Country Director overseeing all Uganda offices. He enjoys regularly visiting the field offices to see the impact firsthand, but in the field of mental health support it can be hard to measure change. Tim shares his heart as he saw clear results of emotional healing on one of his recent visits.

An Update from The Field: Oruchinga
Many of you will have seen our recent video announcement about the opening of a new office in Oruchinga, in Uganda's South West. It's a very exciting season for us and so we've asked Sophie, one of our field facilitators, to write a blog about her first few weeks on the ground there.
